I'm not like everyone else! Seriously, I am here on a journey and want to take others along. My plan is to build a community of people that would like to have some fun and invest in some real estate. I really like creating relationships with people to build my investing portfolio and give you great returns on your investment! I feel we are losing human interaction through all this technology and people really just want to talk with actual people who care not just about their investment but also their life! I'm a REAL person!

I am new at the raising private money, but I have been working in real estate investing for over 5 years. My wife bought her first rental about 20 years ago while I was working my W-2. We now both do this full time and have been on all sides of real estate since that time. We have used creative financing, traditional lending and even private money to purchase our properties. We have done 3 live in flips and are currently on our 4th. Each one had substantial profits and we learned a lot! We run several long-term rentals in CA and OR and have recently got into short-term in the state of Florida! With all that said we know how to find deals and that is one of the biggest parts of getting a great return on your investment.
